The story:

Every now and then when skies get dark and tight on me, I find refuge in merry patterns and bright colours. The brighter, the merrier. The more they are, the better the world feels.

I started playing with this style - naive art - a few years back, probably in 2014.  I tried first with rocks. Painting on rocks was fun and adventurous. I learned back then that naive art makes people smile and feel happy. So I continued improving my style and adding my own touches with every new painting I managed to complete.

I like my paintings to have this quilt feel, varied in shapes and colours, cosy and warm. But first and foremost, I want my paintings to bring light and joy to the room, to take the inner child in each of us on an adventure they can never forget.

Hope you are the one who, like me, enjoys the art with a light heart and a happy smile.
